The interview was a short-term content project conducted with colleagues during the Silicon Valley internship to explore the cultural differences in recruitment between the US and Korea. To provide a compelling perspective on Korea's resume culture from the viewpoint of a current professional in Silicon Valley, the project involved introducing Korea's 'resume' culture to CEOs, developers, etc., whom I worked with at a co-working space during my internship, and listening to their responses to Korea's 'resume' questions. In this project, I was responsible for overseeing the project and for planning the content and producing the videos. The resulting content was uploaded to the InternView YouTube channel.
